ATDW is a national database that stores over 50,000 Australian tourism profiles. All information is available for distribution onto ATDW partners’ websites, supporting local tourism businesses in expanding their online exposure, bookings and marketing. To have your business or event featured on our Gladstone Region Website you must create an ATDW Listing!

List your business or next event on Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW) for free today!

To list your event or business on our website you must create an account on ATDW Online to manage your future ATDW listings. Before you get started there are a couple of things you need to know about your business and upcoming event:

• If you are creating an account, you must have your general organisational details on hand such as your business ABN (not mandatory), a brief description of your business, and social media and website links.
• If you already have an account you must have a thorough description of your event (up to 200 words) and at least one image of your event.

Creating an Account

1. Go to www.ATDW-Online.com.au
2. To create your new account, click the Register Now button. If you already have an account, Login with your username (email address) and password and skip to the instructions below for Creating your profile.
3. Select Tourism Operator as your Account Type (click anywhere in the box) and click Continue at the bottom of screen.
4. Complete the Organisation Information template with all relevant fields (ABN is not mandatory). This information should reflect the address and contact information of your organisation or event.
5. Complete the Personal Information template. Additional users can be added to an organisation to allow multiple people access to one profile/ account (this can be completed within the Account tab in the ATDW Dashboard).
6. Read and accept the Terms & Conditions.

Creating a Profile/Listing

1. Click Let’s Go to create your first profile(or add a new profile if already have at least one profile).
2. Select profile category that best suits your listing type
3. Complete all relevant fields for your profile and click the Send for Review button when completed. 
4. Your profile will be reviewed within 1-2 business days before being published to www.gladstoneregion.info Events page, as well as a range of other tourism and event websites on the ATDW distributor network.
