Baffle Creek

Located just over 100 kilometers to the south of Turkey Beach, Baffle Creek is one of the few remaining unspoiled estuary systems in Queensland.  This 120-kilometer pristine waterway is protected on both sides by conservation parks and boasts over 77 fish species including Bream, Whiting, Flathead, Grunter, Salmon, Cod, and Jewfish, many crustacean species, turtles, and dolphins, and a prolific bird life, which adds to the magnificence of the area.
