The opportunity to display a deal on our Holiday Deals page is FREE for eligible GAPDL members and deals can be submitted at anytime. The Holiday Deals page has been designed to showcase great value deals in the Gladstone Region. By featuring your deal on our website, it will provide you with more exposure to a highly engaged, targeted and relevant audience!

Please provide any T&C's about the deal. Example: Family Package upgrade only eligible for those in a 3 bedroom apartment. Minimum 3 night stay. Deal not available on Saturday or Sunday night stays.

Please provide a link to your direct website where consumers can easily book the advertised deal. Please only enter a web address if your product is not available on the Bookeasy platform.

Please note holiday deal submissions must meet the following criteria:

• Deals will only be accepted at GAPDL’s discretion.
• Incomplete material will not be submitted.

• All deals are subject to GAPDL approval before uploaded to gladstoneregion.info
• Deals must be relevant and offer value to the consumer over and above rack rate.
• Deals must conform to one of the following three options;
– Stay Pay Deal (Example: Stay 4, Pay 3)
– Percentage Discount (Example: 25{9d06c52fdf1bf0f2a81e8404dda7db28a1cc2be161031e0206462531f6efd846} off rate)
– Amount Discount (Example: $10 off each ticket purchased)

If your deal is not bookable via gladstoneregion.info, the operator must provide one of the following options;
• Secure online booking platform where the consumer can book the advertised deal (preferred)
• Page on the website which outlines the deal in more detail
• A specials page with the deal listed

No late bookings will be accepted for campaign periods. Incomplete material will not be accepted. Only one (1) deal per operator can be submitted and displayed at a time. Deals maybe be changed when required – maximum once per month.
