CANCELLATION

Minimum stay 2 nights (3 nights exclusive use). Rates are based on a per room basis (single or double occupancy). Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per room. Only persons 16 years of age and older are accepted. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to be served or consume alcohol. 20% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Balance of payment due 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at time of booking. Cancellations between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival incur a 100% cancellation fee. $125 surcharge per person is applicable on Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve. Your all-inclusive experience begins upon arrival at Wilson Island. Any incidentals incurred during transit on Heron Island will be at your additional cost. Exclusive Use requires payment for the whole property (9 rooms) regardless of how many rooms are occupied. Environmental Management Charge of $7.00 per person per day to a maximum of $21.00 per person per stay is in addition to accommodation charge. Wilson Island does not take responsibility for cancelled or delayed ferry transfers due to weather or marine conditions; we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
