From Miriam Vale: Take Gladstone turnoff and look for Barney Beach identilite sign at reef city ford "3km straight ahead. Turn right at second set of traffic lights to Barney Point Beach. From Rockhampton Take Gladstone turnoff: Follow directions onto Hanson Road and Barney Point Beach.
CANCELLATION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS Our standard check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 10:00. If you require an early-check in or late departure please contact us. Additional charges may apply. We strive to maintain a tranquil and peaceful ambience in our complex. For this reason we expect all guests to keep noise at an acceptable level until 21:00 then any noise is to be kept strictly low. Failure to comply may result in eviction with no refunds. All our rooms are non-smoking. If it is deemed you have smoked in the room an additional cleaning fee of $200 (AUS) will be charged to the credit card we have on file. Upon check-in the full amount of accommodation charges will be charged to your payment card if the booking is under 7 days. Any bookings over 7 days will be charged to the credit card on file on a weekly basis. The cancellation period is 24 hours. If the property has not received confirmation of the cancellation the first night’s accommodation charge will be charged to the credit card we have on file. Our units are serviced twice a week (depending on your length of service) and we do not service rooms on weekends or Public Holidays. We expect when you vacate you will leave the room in a reasonable and clean state. If the room has been left with excessive amounts of dirty dishes or appliances or left extremely untidy an additional $150 cleaning charge will be charged to the credit card we have on file. Our Reception is open from 08:00 to 18:00. If arriving before or after these hours please call us before your arrival so we can explain our early/after-hours check-in procedure. Your security is important to us. While staying with us we ask everyone to lock their Units. Under the InnKeepers Act we cannot accept any liability for any loss to unit contents or loss of contents or damage to your vehicle.
