From teen beauty pageants to midweek markets, February is packed with fun things to do in the Gladstone Region.

The ACDC Story

A one of a kind experience… Be taken back in time to the early days of the ACDC band, with over 30 hits played as well as stories, photos and interviews with this iconic band.

When: Saturday 3rd February from 7:30pm – 10:30pm

Miss Teen Australia

The biggest teenage beauty pageant in the Southern Hemisphere is hitting the streets of Gladstone. Purchase your ticket to attend the crowing ceremony and support the regional finalists!

When: Sunday 4th February from 1:30pm – 5:00pm
Where: Oaks Grand Hotel, 79 Goondoon Street

City Farmers Markets

Enjoy the diverse range of market stalls, including fresh produce, handmade arts and crafts and much more. When you're done browsing (and buying) at the markets, there are several cafes in the CBD for your morning coffee hit or leisurely brunch.

When: Saturday 10th & Saturday 24th February from 7:00am – 12:00pm
Where: Gladstone CBD, Goondoon Street

Races at Gladstone Turf Club

Get a group together for a day of racing fun, drinks and delicious food. No fancy dress required! Come in your casual clothes so you don't swelter for the last meet of Summer. Bar, bookies & canteen are available.

When: Saturday 10th February from 11:00am – 5:30pm
Where: Gladstone Turf Club, Corner Dawson Highway & Blain Drive
Cost: Pre-tickets $12.50 or tickets at the gate $15

Raft Up Party

Couches, castles and creatures hit the Boyne River for this annual fundraiser for the RACQ Capricorn Helicopter Rescue Service. Inflation of rafts will kick off around 11:30am at the Boyne River Mouth.

When: Saturday 10th February from 11:30am – 5:00pm
Where: Boyne River Mouth, Boyne Island
Cost: Donations accepted

Bonnie Kay and the Bonafides

Three days of the best blues, roots and rock music you've ever heard! In addition, there will be two workshops from a couple of the performing artists, food to satisfy the soul, market stalls and of course festival merchandise to preserve your memories.

Hump Day Markets

Keep Calm… It's Hump Day! And what better way to get rid of those mid-week blues than strolling through a market filled with food vendors, unique stalls & children's activities in the beautiful Botanic Gardens.

When: Third Wednesday of every month – Wednesday 21st February from 4:00pm – 8:00pm
Where: Tondoon Botanic Gardens, Gladstone
Cost: Free
