Regional Certifying Body
The role of a Regional Certifying Body (RCB) is to provide advice to the Minister through the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) as to whether a nomination meets relevant migration criteria.
As of the 1st January 2012 GAPDL's fee for service for Regional Certifying Services is $500 + GST and is payable at the time of submission.
GAPDL aims to provide advice on RSMS Applications within 5 working days.
As an RCB, GAPDL will provide advice on RSMS Direct Entry employer nomination applications. Our role is to use local area knowledge to inform the Department if an employer nomination meets certain requirements.
If you would like further information on the services provided by GAPDL as a Regional Certifying Body, and how we can assist you, or your business, please review our
RCB Services Brochure which outlines our requirements as an RCB. Or contact Jessica Heuschele on 07 4972 4000 or
